Total length: 34.5 cm
Blade length: 18 cm
Weight: 396-420 grams (hand-forged, so each pair may have slight weight variations)
This scissor is handcrafted using forging and quenching techniques, and the blades are already sharpened, making them quite sharp, sturdy, and durable. The scissors are relatively thick and can be re-sharpened.
Note: Surface Finish: The scissors are not polished; the surface is black and made of iron, which is prone to rust. Rust marks are normal and do not affect usage. Compared to the , the blades of the Longhua scissors wear down more easily. After wear, they can be re-sharpened by a professional. The Longhua scissors can be sharpened multiple times, giving them a very long lifespan. If you do not know how to sharpen scissors and do not have access to a professional sharpener, it is recommended to purchase the 290 model instead.
Additional Information:
1. Handle: The handle has been wrapped with a protective bandage, and five extra rolls of bandages are included (two large rolls and three small rolls). If the handle is too wide and cannot be opened with one hand, you can wrap additional layers of the bandage until it reaches a suitable width. If you do not like the feel of the bandage, you can also use materials like cloth strips or snow velvet threads.
2. Tightness: If the scissors feel too tight during use and are not smooth enough, you can apply lubricant to the rivet area.
3. Material Usage: If you are using this scissor to cut velvet rows, it is not recommended to use them for other materials, as velvet rows require a higher standard for scissors. Scissors that are no longer suitable for cutting velvet rows can be used to cut fabric, wool, leather, and other materials.
